Together with the Canadian Firm (MMM-Marshall Macklin Monaghan) as a Joint Venture, during 1997-1999 Erka-As has successfully completed the project in which projections for air transportation is made basing on extensive statistical information, site surveys, using a most developed econometric model. Physical and other characteristics of all airports are assessed, development plans are prepared when necessary. Feasibility and EIA studies are made for proposed developments.

Housing Projects
- Complete architectural and engineering designs of two important Housing
Complexes and structural designs of multistory apartment buildings of
important Housing Projects invested by Emlakbank in Ankara/Eryaman, Istanbul/Ataköy,
Istanbul/Halkali and Istanbul/Atasehir have been carried out by ERKA-AS Co.
The construction works are also completed. Housing units are inhabited.
Strengthening of Damaged and Undamaged Buildings Against Earthquakes
- After earthquakes that occurred in Turkey in 1999, a number of official and private buildings some of which are damaged and others not damaged during the Earthquakes are accessed with regards to the strength of their structural systems against earthquake taking into account qualities of construction works/structural materials. Design are made to strengthen the damaged structural elements and the building as a whole whenever deemed necessary to resist the earthquake forces.
